I might be there cuz I just found out what I think has been stopping continuum, utorrent, limewire, teamspeak, and outlook express. Apparently we had a virus that was using our computer to spam so our ISP blocked something to stop it from sending the e-mails. Our main comp died and we're getting a new one, and the laptop was cleared of the viruses. So, we'll hopefully get our ISP to return the service soon!
