on the 4th of march .. the severs should be offline right? I'm not sure wether it is or not.. and if it is when is it going to be back on?

I downloaded the three zips, turretaiming.zip , and the 2 other thing on the catergory "newest files" on subspacedownload.com but where do I put them in order for them to work... secondly how can I use them or activate them ?
