Box of Sharp Object

ok, i went to ssdownloads.com and i clicked search archive, then i downloaded some tile editing thing, and i have no clue how to work it, i want to make my own tile sets, but after i extracted the files i clicked on the 'FACTS-0.9.1pre10 FACTS-0.9.1pre1- - ss.ClayJa... ClayJar Networks' And it says "Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependecies not correctly regitered: a file is missing or invalid" ......Any clue on how to fix this

ok, ive figured out how to create a zone, now i was wondering if anyone knows of anyone that plays in T3g that has designed a map before, because i suck at it, lol
