What is this going to do to the people who were there for Katrina? What is this going to do to New Orleans as a city? What do you think the government will do this time around? Personally, if I lived in NO, and this is the second time this happened, I would move somewhere. This is two times in a short amount of years. You can't live a life like that. I also think, because this will be the second time in this short amount of time...it's going to ruin New Orleans reputation. Whether this is a party city or not...noone is going to want to move down there and live. It's going to ruin the economy of this city. I think the government and Bush will be a lot better this time around. Just for the fact that last time they were pretty much labeled for Katrina. Bush is leaving office and wants a good reputation so he will help out. Your thoughts?
