Nighthawk Anyways over the last year I have talked to SVS a few times, and he has done nothing but be a prick. He has an at!@#$%^&*ude of my way or the highway, aka a Middle school kid, so I am glad to see the power tripping SOB gone. And you think NH isn't a prick? You do one wrong thing to him and he hates you for life. He has the same at!@#$%^&*ude, "my way or the highway". Grav, mature to a point, yet I think if somone pissed him off enough, he would go on a rampage like SVS. You haven't cared about SS until there is a position open on SSCouncil. That doesn't seem right. I don't see you trying to help people. I would also agree that we need someone that cares about SS, contributes to SS, active in SS (in all aspects: forums/game/etc.), and one that is just a plain nice guy/girl. Someone that doesn't ignore questions that he/she gets. One that WANTS to help people, not just have the power to do so. Find someone that goes above and beyond.

You know, although a long shot. This could be a chance for people to vote in the next netop. Maybe have the council vote on like 7 people who they would want and then have a poll on ssforum. If council votes on someone that doesn't want the responsibility, then the person can just say "no, I don't want it." This way, the council AND the people will have a part in picking the next netop.

This is a pretty horrible fallacy and shows that have either not been to college, flunked out, or went to a really crappy school. I'd say pretty much the opposite. An education, in college or just in life experience, is really probably one of the things I would call closest to the meaning of life. Education gives us wisdom and wisdom is "the art of living well." So you're saying that if you go to college, you aren't expecting a good job? Why pay thousands of dollars just for "knowledge" This knowledge you can learn on the internet, other people, experience, books, T.V. You pay thousands of dollars for in return, make thousands of dollars. So you go to college to get knowledge so you can use that knowledge to make money.
