Usually they are fine, but suddenly out of no where I get like 17.4 c2s and it pisses me off I already kicked my cat and nothing seems to be working and no I don't download porn so dont even try that. Just give me some ideas on what I can do to fix this stupid problem.

It worked at my Public Library, it also had a 2 hour limit, but I also seemed to get past that every easily, by Clicking uninstall, then log off and it stays on without a Timer left
