We did have a problem where we kept resetting the modem and router, and still had no connection. Apparently the underground wire went bad, but they replaced it with a new wire like 2 months ago. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Try to go into prompt and typ ipconfig /all Copy and paste it here what your results are?

Is there anyways to added another directory list?
