If you personally wanted to get on the council, this would basically guarantee that you wouldn't ever be able to. You think you know what goes on, but you really don't. I back that up... to get alot of respect... you'll need people to respect you and think your responsible enough for the job... If a higher rank took you in becuase they liked you and you screwed up whos fault would it be?... the one that recomended you Continuum is lke politics and government
