I think that when a person is shot in a safe (if it can be done) the flags should drop as though neuted, and both (or all) teams can pick the flags up. It is still quite possible to quick-win (King Killer did it today <_< ) , all it takes is 2 ships with three reps to keep ships away for 10 seconds.

Thorstorms are evil because only people with a lot of money can afford them and, normally, those people are on the same team. Hence, whenever the opposing team gets a slight advantage, or even takes the base, a thorstorm is bought, and the slaughter begins . I suggest either scrapping it, or severely lowering the number of thors bought from one thorstorm.
