adding more high-end items like your flag-radar will further skew the lack of balance in this zone towards those that play it too much for their own good - the squads you name come to mind. increasing the number of flags really is a cosmetic change and would not greatly effect gameplay. there are two options: 1) abolish private freqs and make a max 4 (or whatever) publics. the big squads in the zone will kick and scream if this happens, so im not holding my breath. 2) give a portion of JP to all players not in spec when game is won, based on how long they were in game since the last time they were in spec. so if someone was in the game for 50% of the flag game and the money reward ended up being 20k, they get say 2-3k. i pulled that number out of nowhere, and it would need balancing. i know i won't be bothering to play HS until the next money reset (which i heard was supposed to be a week or more ago, but whatever) because it's pointless for me to try and take on anyone in middle, let alone basing, without all the upgrades. if the point of HS is supposed to be high-stakes basing, it is failing for most of the public.
