C2S is fine, I have been running on the same ISP for 3 years on Continuum, and it was working fine. Ever sense I got the new computer it got messed up...Would Firewalls/Virus Programs/etc...affect it? (no I am not downloading anything)

I got a new computer for Christmas. When I set it up and installed Cont, it ran well on my 56k. I got 200-250 ping. When I enter a game, my S2C Packetloss starts to rise, making the rest of my ping rise until I get forced into spectator mode. What is the problem? Here's a few hops of Ping.
