Weird, well make sure you have acess into security. Right click, properties, security.... If everything is fine there, I would suggest to make a Error-Checking. In Vista Right click on your drive, Tools, Error-Checking, Check Now. It will do a chkdsk / scandisk, maybe you are familiar with those names. Sometimes there are error into the MFT (Master File Table), that should fix it. If I remember, it will move all corrumted data into C:\Found.xxx\Filexxxx.chk Where the X are numbers. In the event viewer, there should be a detail of what it has done. After you are free to erase those "Found" folder and "file.chk"... Keep us inform.
