Great, it's nice to know who are the trolls and !@#$%^&*holes around here . We both didn't understand each other, there was no need for all this bull!@#$%^&*. All of that makes no sense, I'll asume you're talking to someone else, or you've confused me with another forum memeber. There was no need to start flamming me, plain and simple. If your basis for insulting and discrediting TT is that everyone has rights to freedom of speach and other unnamed democratic freedoms, and he has violated those rights of single person and that this comunity should be more open and respectful/friendly then you my friend are what we call a hypocrite. I hope you can understand that.

I was refering to your insults, we can do without them here and I didn't start it off. You need to make your self more clear in the future if you dont want to be in a situation like this. I was not rehashing anything I was only clearifying what should happen to Spinsanity. Discrediting me and insulting me is probably just as bad as what Spinsanity (and now to many of you TT) does to everyone else, your discredit, slience and agrovate people into shutting up. There's no need for the nonsense, if you're going to continue just stop. I can understand what you mean by keeping the comunity open and fair and I know how Subspace works. I know Sysops and SSC memebers will have to respect players unwriten and unspoken rights, even if they're not bound legally to do so. Continue on if you want but I think finding out information and bring resolution to this is better then being some unimportant !@#$%^&* who sits on a forum flamming. Those rights I believe do not extend to the behavior he was presenting on a daily bases, and contineues to do within the network. This is spamming, this is harr!@#$%^&*ment on a massive level and it is there to acomplish 1 task, annoy as many !@#$%^&*ers as it can. You give fuel to his fire of arrogant idiocy, nothing more. I don't believe politics is banned in MG, and it shouldn't be worthly of a network ban. Spinsanity's idea of politics I think will not be tolerated there and his spam and harr!@#$%^&*ment are against network rules, like we've said too many times. All I ask is that you go watch this player before making any further !@#$%^&*ertions and maybe ask TT what this unwriten law is for MG and how it pretains to Spinsanity's case. We're making a lot of asumptions here. Even if it is completely banned in MG i'm fine with it really, it's probably not right but not that big of a deal to me, just one less spamming drone. The person this time is more important the any precedent set, not that there will be any due to the specific nature of his behavior.

1. There are a lot of reasons to remove you Spinsanity, I've already listed them. 2. You respect no one with a differences of opinion. Stop calling everyone nazis. 3. Ephemeral is not TT. 4. I only want you banned because I know you will not change your behavior on the SS comunity forums and in the game. The only difference between me and a lot of people here Spin is they'll give you a chance, you've ran out of them with me. 5. You may respond to some Bush-gun loving nut and anger him/her further or just the general population (Some people are tired of seeing anything political in this game and online) but the idea of any information or opinion changing your mind or turning anything from you into a respectable discussion is insane. Anything against you is anti-American or just unimportant, remember Spin I'm Canadian, you've said it many times: We don't matter to you and we shouldn't have opinions or be allowed to talk about politics. 6. Cheaters and banned players get little respect from me. If TT and his staff want to use that as a tool for discouraging cheating then I'm all for it. 7. There is no way I could make you understand why your actions on MG and in TW are completely wrong and why nothing you say has a shreed of political insight or intrest. That's why I am not focused on any kind of information or debate, political or otherwise here. 8. This is all a joke, you're trying to make people out to be evil Nazis or conservatives. Get real, this is a free online game. Why don't you start a blog or goto political forums like these and leave people alone? You seem to be more intrested in posting news or "facts" and not discussing or debating anything most of the time so Forums and SS don't seem to agree with you. Perfect trade off really, you get to annoy people still and we get to hear about it on CNN's blog desk and not on our favorite game .

If the zones and the network do not give out rights or outline the protection for freedom of speach, then I see it as a moot point for both you and Spinsanity to be bringing here. We know why Spinsanity is doing this, it isn't about freedom of speach or about his right to have a political opinion; he wants to be annoying. It is right to limit Spinsanity from spamming macros and from being excessively annoying and abusive, not only because the zones reserve the right to do anything but because it isn't right to be spamming and being an annoying !@#$%^&*ing re!@#$%^&* on a free online game, making a big !@#$%^&*ing deal about it also on almost all of the SS forums doesn't seem to be good either. Testtube will run the zone the way he wants it, nothing you or I say will change that. I don't think he has stepped out of line as far as banning goes and I think he was very reasonable and gave Spinsanity too much room before removing him.

I said no one cares if he were banned, not the reason why he would be given a network or zone ban. If he is net banned it will be for harr!@#$%^&*ment and for spamming. He was told for 4 months to stop spamming political macros in public. If he wanted a political discussion that's fine but he never responds to people, he never talks about anything political, only spams some "oh look what Bush did :someUselessAnnoyingLink:, GOOD going bushy!" macro to piss people off in a public then leaves to another one. 4 months of that, getting private messages and ?msgs sent to his staffers and his public being annoyed to !@#$%^&* what else was he to do? continue warning him for another year? I think it was perfectly reasonable for his Zone Ban and I ask you now, why not an SSC ban? We ban cheaters on the network so other zones dont have to deal with them, why not excessively annoying arrogant kids like Spinsanity, who we know will never stop or change? I'm not asking you to quote the rule book but think to your self, does that makes sense. I am also not from MG, I am from Trench Wars and I am zone staff there. He's made it an issue everywhere he spams. I am going to work with some staff in TW, maybe get some proposals passed about specific spamming and harr!@#$%^&*ment so we don't have to deal with people like Spinsanity. If TW were smaller he would be gone already. I know a lot of people want to make this issue very political, SS wise... but look beyond it for a second and watch what this person is doing before you want to say anything.

For the last freaking time, what Testtube does with his Zone and with his BanG and biller connections to his zone is up to him. This is not some !@#$%^&*ing joke, he pays a lot of money out of his own pocket for you and everyone for nothing to play MG, could you not at least acknowledge and respect that? What SSC does with you is no ones concern, if anyone of the SSC members actually saw what you do in game they'd agree, anyone would. No one is there to make sure you get treated fairly. the reason no one cares about you getting a network or zone ban is that you give nothing to the zones, nothing to the comunity and you only go futher by annoying Testtube and others with ?messages and private messages. People who don't want to see politics, or your verision of it in SS and on here are NOT Nazis, facists or anti-American. Start giving people a that tiny spec of respect you stupid !@#$%^&*. SSC members and zone owners are not bound by any legal obligations like you said. America is not a democracy, it's a republic. It is also not the end all be all of poliitcal systems and there is no Good (democacy) Vs. Evil (anything you deem). There's no point in making those connections.

#1 Disliking Bush and conservativism is not undemocratic, neither is liking it. #2 The American Constution or any country law do not extend to the administration of server property. More specificly freedom speach (with you I like to call that "the right to be an annoying !@#$%^&*er") is not protected, it's a free service. #3 TestTube and SSC can do anything they want with you Spin. #4 Drowning people out with text and stupid pictures of Bush in a clown suit, in a political forum is NOT a political discussion. #5 Nor is posting Macros on a free online game to insight anger. Umm.. Forum Admin, just be done with him. Spin, There's a difference between being a facist or having a different political ideology AND just not caring to hear Propaganda 24/7 from you.. If removing all political discussion was needed to get you out then TT put too much work into this, i'm almost certain that's not the case. TT said you were spamming political Macros over months of being told to stop, that's why you were banning. Not for having an opposing polital view.

Don't bother with him. I would just ban him here, he's about to get it on the Trench Wars forum if he keeps this up. Well i was asking for the States not crime and hatred in general. I still think it's beyond immitation as you said or believe other people have judged the entire subject. I don't think i'm right or wrong. I have my own opinons, even though i'm not going to be specific on topic pretaining to your country becasue I've seen where that leads us to, 16 pages of flaming. That line of "people kill each other because they don't have money and I do $$ :gaysmileface:" seems to be very arrogant, insenitive and blind to the true nature of everything wrong within your country. All I had was a problem with the logic of your beliefs and opinions. Believe in what you want but don't try to confuse topics or distort facts, at that point respect is gone and nothing progressive is done here. No one believes that Ice-Demon and if they do, they're smoking way too much stuff. There are a lot of social problems which stem from cultural differences and other things but immitation of some rich fat cat isn't something which causes little billy to shoot up his school or do drive bys. I said I don't mind dealing with people who really don't care about spelling or grammer but when it undermines your ability to convey your thoughts you really should try a little harder. Why not stay on topic and not bring something completely oblivious to this thread like crime and other social issues. Yes, America has more crime compared to other counties, yes there's more poverity, and no, it isn't getting better. Not my opinion, just a few facts. I think i'm done saying what I have to say and you're done insurting your opinion and showing utter contempt for anyone who critizes you or people like you. You probably can see the difference between a person who has a problem with a specific matter of state and someone who likes to run around on online forums insulting your country, i'm just not seeing it here.

I believe people in the United States and the current Admin. are doing what they feel is best for their country while at the same time it isn't really in their best intrest. If you don't get that then, you're hopeless, no offense. I would rather not go into details or fight over semantics which i'm sure from your post above Recombo, you probably would love it. This isn't the opinion of one person, it's the general feeling on the subject of "WTF is the Untied States going??" from the majority of your country and of the world. I'm dealing with someone (Ice-Demon) who has low organization and articulation skills so i'm trying to explain thing a little bit more openly here Recombo. Politics are not entirly about !@#$%^&* throwing, all of that was during a time of an election. It is part of the political process within a democracy but a very small, stupid and annoying part for everyone. I think you really need to stop for a min and think before typing. I, like the more then 50 % of Americans believe your country for its own good and for the good of the world, is on the wrong track on almost all topics of world intrest. What i'm reading from you is a one sided opinion on criticism about how people left of center think about you. If you want someone to back you up and respect you then respect your own law and beliefs in which all people are free to chosse. To dim it down: by that I mean don't expect we're always going to agree with whatever the US says just because you need it. "They" would imply a group of people, first when ever writing you shouldn't use "they" ever I believe in formal writing but for now you just dont use it until you can imply a group of person/being.. Now if by "they" you mean Canadians then yes, most of us do not agree with the way you're running your country on specific matters and yes I can tell you this, think this, and call you a !@#$%^&*hole republican if I wanted to but of course that isn't what most people do up here. For the most part I can't believe people can ignore simple facts and have information disorted so much and have their opinions negatively effected so well in this day and age. It is very easy to say "Our government is doing what's right for us only ect ect..." but i'm not saying you're hurting my country directly, you're hurting the world and most of all yourselves. When I do say the world I also mean by removing your own country from being a super power because I would rather have a idiot south with his finger on the red button then some other nation. This isn't "Oh bleh blah blah you still need us!!" I think it's better you're here then having crater down there and yes this country would still exist if the USA never existed. About the gang wars/poverty thing, I think you're just trying to find something to attack people on outside of your country, so yeah, just drop it. Final thoughts on this topic hoping you'll drop it: Not a lot of things are right in any country and if you want my opinion then it is that the US has neglected this problem much like the rest of the world yet faces this on a much larger scale. It's funny that anyone would confuse French Canada with France, not considering their political systems and social issues. I still consider both to be well backwards myself. The French are having major political problems and social problems with Democracy being ineffective and rising Islamic fundmentilism right now and the French Canadians keep trying to jump ship out of Canada. In the end it's about doing what's right for your own part first and everyone else last, I wouldn't expect anyone much less Americans to feel different and I don't really have a problem with that. I'm not going to say sorry for typing so much because if you really were not intrested, you wouldn't have opened this thread.

America has a lot of growing up to do socially. To deny the fact that racism, intolerence and hatred and above all else, death (compared to other countries) is running rampent just goes beyond patriotism, it's re!@#$%^&*ed. I think people would care and talk about the United States because it is a major player in the world on so many levels and it does effect the world more so then any other nation. Now, no your voting system isn't going to change but still look at the fact that your country IS effecting the world and it's something you as a voter and even a non voter of the USA should look at in respects to the Govning party's foreign policy, its effectiveness and the harmful effects. Drop the idiot act and use your internet connection for something besides Foxnews.com and Porn.
