  1. How to cook and egg with two cell phones
  2. The point is to make it like insurance, people pay monthly for something that is not all that likely to happen often. As Root said, they only pay the fine, not the consequences of the ticket. A ticket puts points on your license, you only get so many points before your license is suspended and then you cannot drive anymore. And frankly, everyone speeds anyway.
  3. Which is why you use a hotmail account. Pretty much the only reason to have one =P
  4. ahh the next generation comes ~_^ Congratulations!
  5. It's quite easy to make an email appear like it was sent from someone else. I believe this is known as spoofing. Yes, and it is as easy as typing the email.
  6. That has nothing to do wit the !@#$%^&*ertion that you made. Let me repeat again what you said. ThunderJam makes no claim that the source of uranium is due to " AK-47s, RPGs, and stripped Soviet equipment"
  7. Where did he make such an !@#$%^&*ertion?
  8. hot !@#$%^&*, congrats and good luck MM
  9. close enough? I always find the notion of "ban all guns" to be a ridiculous idea. I mean, what do you really expect from that? A police force to go through every square inch of land, every building with metal detectors to look for guns? It is laughable. What about hunters? Or those who use them for sport? What about all the jobs of those who design, build, repair, and train others in the use of (those seminars sure ain't cheep!)? On the other hand, I find stricter gun laws to be perfectly viable and acceptable approach. Also, I find incentives (moneeyyy) for those turning in guns another fine approach to remove them from houses that really don't need or want them. Anecdot, my favorite teacher is former military, and has been saved from a mugging and high jack of his car (if not more) from a man with a knife. All he did was point to the gun in his holster on his hip and the guy ran off. No lives lost.
  10. ah, i thought u were talking USD They are at par so it's the same price. lol, I don't think you two are on the same page. Root was (most likely) thinking that you were stating Americans are paying $4.5 a gallon for gas, when that is simply not the case and he wanted to know where you got your information. It is really not clear what you meant from your statement: However, from your later post it seems like you were just trying to convert what you are paying in Canada to what an American would be familiar with.
  11. happy birthday!
  12. Interesting if Huckabee does get the Republican nomination as he asked Colbert on the Colbert Report if Colbert would be his running mate. Sure at the time he was not sitting to high on the list, but that would sure be interesting now if he goes through with that and makes Colbert his running mate (!@#$%^&*uming he'd even get the nomination).
  13. VMWare will let you run and test at many linux distributions. I don't remember which one of their products you need exactly. I was reading VMWare Player which it does not sound like it lets you do very much. I believe VMWare Server is the one you are looking for: VMware Server can create, edit, and play virtual machines. Which is what you want.
  14. I would really recommend using VMWare like Purge said. It will allow you to play around with linux and maybe understand it a bit more before you go and install it on a machine.
