I'm getting the same thing, even tried removing and re-downloading the zone. My guess is, the zone is down.

I don't think there's an actual solution to this problem.. Happens to many people. As far as I know, reformatting is the only thing that works. I think the client gets infected by a virus or something. I'm not too sure.

First of all, I need to forward a port for uTorrent since I'm using a router. So, I forward it, and it tells me it's not open. I went to portforwarding.com and read the uTorrent guide for my router and followed all the instructions. It still tells me it's not open. What can I do? I have a linksys router, model WRT54G v4.

Someone had this problem on the Metal Gear forums also. It completely stumped everyone.

That tends to happen with a 2nd video card installed with only one monitor.

That happened to me once, if you have a p2p client like Kazaa, Limewire, or Morpheus, it doesn't work well with continuum. If I had it installed, and went into continuum, the graphics would be all messed up. I would see 2 lines of chat like you did, and the ships and walls would be all off-colored and junk. So I unistalled Morpheus, and no more problems.

I had this problem after I reformatted my pc. I had saved the zones folder so I didn't have to redownload. This worked for me.. Goto C:\Program Files\Continuum\ Right click on the zones folder, and uncheck the box that says 'Read Only'. Or, goto C:\Program Files\Continuum\Zones and check each zone folder seperately.
