Instructions (Version 2+):
Extract contents of zip to any folder (anywhere).
Run continuumresizer.exe
 
Supported Operating Systems:
Windows 8, 7 and Vista.

Took Jab Jab Jab's emblem render and converted it to an icon.
 
What I recommend is creating a shortcut to Continuum.exe and setting this as the icon for it, much prettier.
