Hallu... I am glad to hear that the issue has been voted on, and that Caers egregious ban has been reversed. However, the fact that Ozn got banned is not THE MAIN ISSUE AT HAND. The main issue is that Caer"ban"nog still has powers. Since he has abused his authority countless times, which is now well documented, he has no business being left in his current role. What is being done about accountability in regard to him?

I have to say... The fact that so many people who dislike each other in this game unanimously agree on this issue speaks volumes. I think even Dre, if he wasn't locked up in prison for beating his wife, would agree on this issue.

More than anything, I can't believe that Caer hasn't even had the respect or common courtesy to even address this situation 3 days in. By now obviously Caer knows his ruling has been met with anger/confusion/ etc and he hasn't even bothered to explain. If this isn't resolved by Friday, I think there needs to be a protest of this by everyone agreeing not to even play in this weekends playoff games. At this point, even if Caer admits to bias and agrees to modify/vacate his decision, I think there is no longer any room for him to stay in his position. Everyone has now lost confidence in any ability he has to provide fair/unbiased oversight here.

Legacy... Are you comparing a repel in a subspace match to a murder? Not sure I see the comparison, but you can not "premeditate" to repel someone... I do respect the fact that you also agree that a 90 day ban for what is ALLEGED to have occurred is still excessive. I am still waiting to hear from a single person that they agree that the ALLEGED crime fits the punishment.

The time is long overdue to create some sort of "democratic" process for these decisions. For a person such as Caerbannog to have complete autonomy over these things is a joke. We all know how extremely biased he is in these things. Myself and others have been banned inconsistently on "infractions" or on unproven/questionable claims. The others in this post have all pointed out sound reasons why not only this particular banning was unfair but where the system is flawed. Due process, conflict of interest, and democratic decision making are all terms Caerbannog needs to look up. PS Please PM me for details on the "FREE OZN T-SHIRT" currently in production.
