Agreed, if you're able to change the colours of decoys that seems like an unfair advantage, and basically eliminates 90% of the function of decoys... may as well remove decoys from the game.

Yeah seems it is the Avast update I did. Had to remove Avast in order to get the game to run again. Guess I need a different anti-virus. Thanks for the help.

I've done a system restore to a week ago, but nothing has changed with my PC other than an update to Avast Anti-Virus. I've tried disabling that and still the same thing. It's the only program that isn't working. *shrug*

Hey so out of no where I have an issue loading subspace. Everything else seems to work fine on my PC. When I try to open subspace I just got an hourglass which never goes away and the program never opens. It's "running" in my system processes and if I try to force quit it through task manager I get this error: Any ideas?

I liked the write-ups. Would be nice to see a little more ranking opinion in it. Overall enjoyable read though. I think people will be surprised by WTF? this season. Given some more practice to solidify their team (and assuming activity and consistency) I see them in the upper-middle tier, most likely making a run for the AML championship this season.

For me it's not about the quality of the squad, it's the people I play with. That's why I've generally recruited to my own squad people I enjoy playing with. I kind of disagree with you here. I wouldn't be that interested in having a couple top players join the lower tier squads. That would most likely cut the playing time for those who enjoy the game and want to play against others at their level (yes they play the top squads, but come playoffs they still have a shot at winning a title in aml and getting playing time). I would however be more than happy to see some of the top guys break off to form their own squad and make Pro more competitive. Most of the top squads have 14 rostered but really only play ~ 8 players ever. What if 2 or 3 players decided to join 2 or 3 players from another top squad and form their own squad? That would be a lot more interesting. That would keep the AML pool from being diluted with players too skilled and make PRO a lot more fun and competitive. It would also give more chance for other players currently in the above AML but not quite top notch PRO to move up to more competitive games as well.

Maybe in the future the regular season awards should be done before playoffs start (if possible, I know time is always an issue). This would take away a lot of the confusion of playoff stats ending up in the mix at the end.

If they are choosing Legacy as the MVP for the season, I would think that it would make sense the runner-up is the guy who led the league stats overall PLUS won the Pro Bowl. Devious might have finished the season strong, but at the same time he came up short on both aspects overall. MVP is a season long thing, not a last quarter of the season thing. Just my 2 pennies. Ok would like to update my post a bit. I was looking at season + playoff combined. I now realize it says Regular Season only... at the same time I wasn't trying to take anything away from Devious, I was simply saying develop SHOULD be on the list of 2, not that Devious SHOULDN'T be on it. HG said Dev should be runner-up that would mean develop would be knocked and I was stating that develop should be on that list. Again, that was looking at playoffs as well as regular season though, so maybe the list should be very different. Really imo, too many in pro finals not enough in aml. Should only be top 4 in pro. That is all.

Removing forcecap would not fix this at all as people would just switch arena's to rematch. So your options (as benji has somewhat stated) are to: a) continue to wait in line until you are able to captain a team or are picked for a team in a 4v4squad arena or do your best to get as many people to another arena as you can, and then wait for the remaining needed players to join. Either option involves worse players waiting... there seems to be a fair amount of people arguing against the forcecap rule, so maybe next time you are sitting there and forcecap is used and you don't like it head off with the player who was forced away and anyone else you can grab to attempt to start a new arena. There is a lot of complaining to remove forcecap, but in the end removing it (unless players are in fact so lazy they would rather play bad players than move arena's) will accomplish nothing. So it falls on the people who dislike or disagree with the forcecap to figure out a way to stop it. If enough people are against it then the forcecap will inevitably kill the arena more often then not since the active people would leave. The problem is, no one will complain if they are forced to but many will complain if captainship is forced away from them. Only the players who disagree with the command can do something about it, removing it will be pointless as changing arena's will just be the new way to "forcecap".

I haven't read most of this thread because it appears to be mainly idiots throwing out verbal slander while calling the other person immature (look in mirror). But! I like the mix idea where you just get in line and it gives the first 8 people for example chance to !claim or !join or whatever you want to make the command. If someone doesn't reply in x amount of seconds you would go to the next guy on list (or the next however many didn't reply). As for the fact of "competition" and forecapping away and not letting new players play... This greatly falls upon the new/worse players to fix this. If you know you are less skilled than the current team winning the arena maybe you should try to get the other lesser skilled players together to start a new practice? Or is this too hard on our ego's to say we aren't at par with the "elite" players in the zone? They don't let scrubs play in the NHL or NBA of NFL (for americans) or Premier League (for eurotrashes gegegege) because they want to improve and get better. Find players of your calibur and start matches. Why can't there be a gruntster, nude for satan, mr. b-hole practice with some of the lower squads or other new players in it as well? Take some responsibility for yourselves. You are all to blame. Losers. Afk.
