It's not just CM players that are upset about this abuse. A lot of us are uncomfortable knowing we could be banned at any moment for trivial nonsense without explanation or justification. I don't think any punishment is warranted for this, but at the very worst, I could understand Ozn having to burn 1 repel from his ship next game. Even then, that would have more of an impact on game 2 than Ozn's actions had on game 1. I also think Caer should be reminded that banning players on opposing teams, especially without providing a prompt and reasonable explanation, should not be tolerated.

I have to pretty strongly agree with the previous comments here. This is not a ban that can come from Caer, especially without an explanation or announcement for people to review and judge. If there was any wrong doing here, it should be reviewed by the council or other mods online at the time who saw it. If there needs to be punishment, it would only be credible coming from another mod. This looks like a pretty suspicious abuse of power at the moment. More information would help clarify things for people like myself who didn't see it first hand. Hopefully some common sense will prevail and an informed decision can be made.

Not quite. Intrepid formed after one season on Final, when Mushroom and I branched off to do something different. After Intrepid's last season, I went with some players to join Assassins. Your original post, and Nadai's, are both pretty accurate. Also, regarding the prize money many years ago, Enemy split it evenly among the players that wanted it.
