D'oh, I wish I had seen this comment two months ago before everyone flooded with SSC going offline. As of a week or so ago, this has been patched. Only WINE users were affected. Haha, I don't even remember posting that, and I'm usually not that much of an asshole. Hindsight's 20/20 right? Definitely a fun zone. asshole

Guys I have seen this happen more than one time since I have been here since 1996. Not exactly the DDOS however is still amazingly here. I was surprised when I came back last fall and saw the participation after 10 yrs afk from this game. We have had alot tougher shit to deal with than this back then and this will I am sure be worked out to a satisfactory solution. One way or another, as always ini the past, it will survive.
