yea yea 17th staff sucks and 17th is bad and all that -*BAD WORD*- yea yea w/e

 

i just played a few hours in Spider

 

bty is 40 ... thats cool when 17th is full ... u get it quite fast with team btys

 

but when u have to solo every bounty

 

when u go and attch to get in the base ... Everyone is dead ... Driveing from centre to base is faster ....

 

i think 40 is un-reasnible i think somthing like 35 ..... when 17th is full it still takes a lil while to get 5 bty and when its empty its a little mission

heh yea but its really hard to Spida vs a base full of levis and thoughs and stuff

The point of the 40 bty is so that it doesn't become a burst war to break through the base. Any lower, and it will be die->attach-->burst-->repeat.

Doesnt this happen anyway? or seems so to me O.o'

 

And you cant doubt Rice's theory. He might suck in everyship around but at least he has confidence in himself! smile.gif

i dont know if its just me, but ive been seeing rep wars evolving from this problem. since you cant attach->burst->die in spider, more people seam to be using ports. this has increased the use of terr for antiwarp (which has pissed me off almost as much as the reps). anyway, increased terr action leads to more mines...sure, there were always plenty of lev mines, but now theres even more. and since the spider cant rush->prox the mines->port out any more either (again, increased antiwarp), the reps are deployed like nobodies business. no matter how nostalgic this makes me feel, its still quite annoying. and i suppose i cant think of a good way to solve this, other than decrease attach bounty slightly (although, i do think aa slight bounty is a good idea), or remove antiwarp from terr and make it only buyable. or bring back the lanc to what it used to be :D

If antiwarp gets removed from the terr there will be spiders everywhere >_< Let's face it most newbies go straight into a spider and start using burst in base, at least the 40 bty stops a few of them from going spider and stops them coming back into base so fast

I love it the way it is now. When spiders could attach with just one green they'd just continue to burst-kami until the objective was taken and then switch back to their regular ships. That was REALLY annoying. The current settings fixed that.

yup, i like it the way it is now too.. but there is always compromise. the bty can be decreased without many problems with kami-burst-kami stuff.. 36-39 would be a good area...

Old attach bty for all ships: 35

 

New players unaccustomed to attach bty -*BAD WORD*-ed about it.

 

Revised attach bty for all ships: 31

 

Thors, bursts and repels were toned down and reduced.

 

People -*BAD WORD*-ed about the spiders

 

Current system: 31 and 40 for the spiders.

 

People -*BAD WORD*- about terriers and sharks.

 

Proposed solution: 35 attach bty, 40 for spider, terrier, shark and levi.

im going to extend your complaint 000 by saying..

Attach bounties: bounties that are 32 are basically the "same"..just increased by 1..

Warbird:35 1 rep, 1 burst , should be half way between

Jav:32

spider: kept at 40, yyou know why..the bursts and stuff

levi:35...a brick...and a thor...guessing maybe half way

terrier:40 ok..now the reason this posts exist..i was playing a game where these 3 freakin terriers kept repping and repping..dying..attaching...was so fuking annoying...couldnt move..if i fired a bomb..it'll just go back with me into a wall..thus..i die by their BURST..yes terriers have burst too..lets not forget...plus their 2 reps..so im saying..it should be 40 with spider

Weasel:...umm 32

Lanc:not 32...but not 40 either...i dunno

Shark:40....bricks....need i say more

 

ok my first real post that i had some thought put into for a long time...ill make my own thread if i have to
