You can open ServerKit-Full.exe in WinRAR and manually extract needed files.

There's absolutely no need for any collection of files that doesn't need an installer to be in a .exe or other executable format. Don't push crap like that.

Well, a self-extracting .rar file doesn't require winrar, since it's an exe, and still lets you open the archive if you have winrar. And it's just an extracter, not an installer... It doesn't do anything else than what you would do anyway by opening the archive and drag-and-dropping its content somewhere.
