i'm in a hurry so sorry if this doesn't sound nice. i need someone too compile the modules i made on the ASSS server. all the ones that start with troops. p.s. if server crashes somehow, it's most likely troops_reinforcements. i doubt it'll crash though for those who know what this means: coords=440, 570 and 560,570 ?starttroops and ?stoptroops need to be sysop arenas/troops/troops_reinforcements.conf for config

i decided to load continuum again after 5 months and noticed the dev zone. If that zone is ASSS than it would be great to get an arena for me to do some work for all to see. Also i forgot the password to ssdev private :/

Yesturday i decided to begin the ships of Subspace 2, so i started adding some variables. I added thrust, ...speed...rotation...wait! This feels like making a zone in ss... So I need if what i'm doing is right. Will we have similiar ships and physics/gameplay as in ss? Will we have the thrust speed rotation idea? Basically just asking how everyone else thinks ships should be like.

Im not to experienced with ASSS modules, but I was wondering if it was possible to make a module, that only allowed a goal to be scored if a turf flag at a certain location is owned by your team? Well, heres my idea basically: A zone called SpaceBall 2 fairly large flag/ball rooms are set on each side of the map. Freq 1 owns room 1 and in the room you have a friendly flag and goal, and freq 2 owns room 2 where they also own a goal and a flag. The object of the game is in order to get a point, you have to own the flag in the opposing room, meaning if im on freq 1, I have to go to room 2, find the flag, capture it, and my team has to own it in order for the goal to cou…

is anyone willing to donate a few things in the graphics department? i'm looking for a few numbers (0-9) to be placed as part of the hud. i just want them to be clean and easy. than i need a graphic text that says "Red:" and one that says "Blue:", same for green and yellow. these will represent the teams. the second thing i need is a tad bit more complicated. it has to do with a region on a map that every so often checks for players in that region, and if there are some i need a map object to be replaced with the default/nuetral one on that region. if i can get some blue/red (and green and yellow if possible) objects labeled "Reinforcements awarded to team ". So Aqua made four ships for me. I need four more to match the basically grey scale style. This is basically the only thing holding me back in my project. If anyone could even make me just ONE ship, that would further the project and help me out a lot. With that said, does anyone have unused ships? Contact me and let me know. I'm looking to create a module that create a text do!@#$%^&*ent of all the resultant settings for an arena (ie whats acctually effecting the clinet, so it includs all inherited settings), and then sends it to the client. Anyone interested in taking up this task, or if they know of a module that does it already!

Hey, I've been working on a new map for Dragonball Z. I have began working on a new tile-set, however I was wondering if anybody, (or specifically Aquarius ) could make some changes to the tile-set to make it look a little better. Right now I feel it's okay, however I know it could be better. Version One: Version Two: Removed the tiles which split into colour half way though - as these can be implemented better with LVZ(s) Added a shade of colour to the outer tiles, however, I believe this could look better. Did anyone ever make database functions for a merv plugin? Something more efficient than a huge binary file... If so, can you share it? A bunch of database features wrapped in a class would be very useful I think, as it could be used in any plugin easily. I can trade with a class that handles LVZ display... things such as toggling an image for a specific freq, and they get auto-refreshed for players changing team or entering arena. It also handles displaying numbers. Actually I'll put that class available around here when I'm done with it anyway

This is for sscc halo ideally aqua makes this, as i have seen his work in the past and i am impressed. basically do whatever comes to mind, you have free reign on this one. the current background is gray and you can come in zone to see the shipset if you want. it's a ctf map and it is attached pm me in game on neoteric if you have any questions

We thought of a cool concept in SSdev chat... Basically, RTS-like game. With possibly an economy, different countries, some countries could be allied, etc. People on your team would be infantry, but your team could buy stuff like tanks, boats (i.e. transport ships to get across the sea), unit upgrades... Nukes could be involved at some point... with intercepting devices. People who get in could be !@#$%^&*igned to the country they actually live in (Any way to automate this using IP lookups?)
