Was now just messing around in a 2 vs 1 fg, trying to get one started. Got a third person to join and evener insisted on making it 3 vs 1. Everyone had over 10k exp, team with 1 person had 14.6k exp, other team had person with more, one the same and one less. Please fix it so evener does not stop flag games from getting started.

I miss thermal shields (is protection I would use early in resets before rad coils). Any non-sig burst protection in the plans? Current best armor is a 5% damage reduction from bursts. Can also buy a -1 recharge emitter (which really a -2 recharge because then cant also buy combat sensors for xradar savings) which gives a 9% damage reduction at the cost of 2 recharge.

The other day i sold my ripper turret and bought an eagle and buckshot turret (i liked the idea of having red/yellow/blue bullets all at once). I found the game more fun. Enemy ships would get close and team would need to fight them off (i got to see ships other than solid weasels). I would end up hurt by the encounter. But what was not fun is keeping track of all those ad's and instant dieing on a burst. So back to ripper i went. The ripper is mostly boring. See enemy, see enemy go boom. After ship goes boom position youself for ad and watch him go boom again. You die because you find youself watching tv and not paying attention. I also see alot of vets com…

Where are they? I haven't seen a single jr mod or a mod host anything or event. The only mod that i've seen actually doing something is spidernl. Having an increase of hosts not only helps raise population, but it keeps players here too. Nowadays when someone enters, they take a peek at f2 and see who is playing and decide whether to enter and dedicate their time to playing; however usually the case is they leave.

This is an event that would most likely require a module or two, alongside a mod-powered bot. To see whats in a category, you must type ?buy category, with category being the name of the category. Then, to buy an item, do the same thing, but with the name of the item instead. Since i am no longer burst proof eatting greens is a risky behavior. Greens last 5 seconds and it takes 5 seconds to ad, If you eat the green you set your self up for instant death if the guy ad's and bursts. If you do the 5 count waiting for possible ad then the green is gone. It would be nice if greens lasted for 10 seconds, so could spray area with bullets and count to 5, then eat the green.

As some of you may have read during conversations in public chat in Hyperspace, I'm working on a new mechanic for a new item set. Heat. So, what's this heat? As of my most recent revision - revisions happen practically every second, so this may not be up to date by the time you read it - it'll be similar to heat in Mass Effect, for those of you who've played that. Instead of Subspace's typical "Energy is used both to shoot and to survive", heat will replace energy costs for shooting. Why? Turret Damage

I like turret damage, think it is a good idea. But not sure why higher level bombs hurt the turret more than low level bombs. They should all do the same dam as L1 currently does, Higher level bombs already have the advantage of having more splash. The tiered damage would make sense if turret only took damage on direct hits.

More ppl may use bricks, making more interesting fgs, if you didn't have to go all the way to scrap to buy 1. Make it available in center like reps and bursts or allow purchasing in bulk. At this time its not at all practical and a waste of a mount slot.

In emitters you can buy Oracle System (sig item) and it comes bundled with energyviewing property. You can also buy energyviewing ala cart with the Energy Scanner. The defense for energy viewing is energyscrambling which only comes bundled with Sensor Disruptor (sig item) Can you create a new Energy Scrambler emitter that includes just energyscrambling property?

I was having a little discussion with cxc about FTL items. Dilithium is a signature FTL, and it allows you to move by like... 2 inches. Transwarp key is not a signature, yet it allows you to move instantly anywhere, while not being affected by antiwarp... Antiwarp should block all forms of warp, especially transWARP. It also has a cooldown of ... 3 seconds or something. My suggestion: Either make tw key affected by antiwarp and increase its cooldown, or make it a sig somehow. Another suggestion: Jump engines should probably not be affected by antiwarp. It's the only way to counter gate-blocking, and it's pretty much the only thing it can do. I really doubt they wo…

Nerfing coils and kinetic is a mistake. Please restore coils and kinetic to what they were before. The burst is the most powerful weapon in the game, if anything is to be nerfed it should be the burst, not the protection from it. Lancing is one of the most boring jobs in the game, as evidenced as no one wants to do it. I have found a way to lanc and it be fun. That is being burst proof and fighting any ship that comes within my guns range. I try to eat their bursts to protect my team, and I rather enjoy watching them blow up and benefit alot by eating their green. Now that I am no longer burst proof i will no longer be lancing. found a bug. If you die 5 times w/o shooting the systems auto specs you. If you have a turret when this happens, zone crashes. I was able to repeat the crash 2x with lancaster and ripper turret. I then tried with wb and no turret, it speced me w/o crashing.
