Anybody that has been playing for a while or very recently (Today) should of noticed that the fields are not exactly the most appealing graphic to look at. Which is why I call on YOU, the community, to contribute on what should be a worthwhile replacement! There are 5 different fields, with 4 graphics for each fields' corners, totaling 20. Here's what we have now: Here are some guidelines that you should follow in order to be considered: - Must not be a large file size, keep it sensible. - Needs to be within context of the field (Lightning AF should have something related to lightning to distinguish it as that). - Animated is a plus. - Should not be extremely flash…

I figured that I am 100% done now. I was not always happy with the final products I would come up with, but now I am. All the bases are even, defending and attacking. I'm not going to post this in zone development, because it needs no further devloping. However I will continue uploading bases to my archive. I hope this map will eventually be used. I know its not a great idea to have someone be the team leader since you never know how that person is going to be unfair or whatever they might do. However what could work really well to punish a specific player who might be tking everyone, or some other annoying thing is to allow the summon lanc to have an anti-summoner feature which would not allow a specif player to attach or make it as though they had not summoner or something like that. Let me know what you think.

This topic will discuss defeating the brick. This one will need to be a more open-ended discussion than most of my threads, as the subspace brick is not similar to anything in reality. There is no such thing as a un-breachable obstacle, let alone a wall that will block one sides fires and maneuvers while not affecting the friendly force's fires and maneuvers. Prop P: Allow a subarena or maybe just an event where a freq captain (voted by other players?) can select 7 teammates to flag with. Everyone else who joins the arena will be assigned to the other team. This would not necessarily break down into organized 8 player priv vs 20 player unorganized rabble since all players that join apart from the 8 player priv will be assigned to the same team and so can stack with whoever they like.

This is my spider build and I am always looking for new ideas to make it better so please share your own build or ways to improve. I am still new to Hyperspace (again) so any help is appreciated. I came up with a solution for how to fix the ever worseningteam even. It starts with something like the players actually caring more about game play and less about make 8000 more imaginary dollars. It ends with better games and happier players.

Now that you have set the flag games to be determined by who has the most money to waste on bricks and ultra-lame "fields" can we get find a way to reward players who want to center. ex, .rewarding for kill streaks (after 5 kills spree u get maybe $50+ per kills and so on) .rewarding for killing high bounty players There are more ways to make center fun for players who dont want to play broken flag games

I know this whole idea is full of problems just so you know. But, what if a lanc or the lanc who had been active longest on a given freq, or the most senior participant ona freq (based on time on that freq, not exp) had some special ability as a captain. Something like ?kick or ?lock temporarily

Would it be possible to make it so when you place a decoy, it shows an energy value? That way if the person has energy scanner (everybody in center) there is still a benefit to using a decoy. Maybe allow the decoy to take 500 nrgy worth of damage? This way it could even be sorta useful in basing with low pop levels.

This is a message to Germany. I know you're out there on the forums, and I want to duel you. If you win, you get my entire account. If you lose, you get my entire account. TY. After my duel with player killer, and all that running, I'm tired of the zone, srsly running across the entire map losing against a reso wb with no gun armor and then he claims he has no reactor on his wb once the score goes positive on my end. So now that's over, Germany is all I have left to challenge as I know hes a real wb dueler, or so I think anyways. Not much of an update, but it's more than anything else that's happened lately. So, here it is: Restriction on joining teams with all the flags has been removed. This will remove the problem with people were having entering the flag game from spec. All flagging players will be specced after two consecutive wins by the same freq. Not quite shuffling, but as close as we can get without a lot more coding.

Why are we being ignored? Yes it is long. If you don't feel like reading my rage just skip to the bold and you will get the jist of everything. We have all seen what has happened to items that become so overpowered that they are spammed and ruin flag games. It started off with thors, which now have been nerfed by the ammo depots. Then the use of fields which was evident from the beginning on how they can clear out flag rooms in an instant. When both of the previous have been nerfed/removed, the next in line became bricks. Countless amount of bricks have now been used (the most i saw at once was a quad-stack (4) in a row) to stop teams in their tracks right outside of a flag room and cleared …

Hey guys decided to film this duel as a last second thing. Sorry about the fail editing skills, the lack of correct footage for the 4th kill (i put the clip right after that by accident), and the quality, I slapped this together in 5 mins encoded took a shit kicked onto youtube scribbled up a description and posted this up then called it a day.
