here is a beta shot of program i have beet workin on. i fairly confident i can complete the rest of the program now that i have it loading the map. what will it do? it will allow you to load up a level, and scroll around it on a 1 to 1 aspect. with just a default tile for all the tiles to increase speed. then you will be able to set up an image like a brush, and happyly go around your map plopping in images. it will allow you to set all the aspects of the ini for the current brush. snaping to a 16x16 grid or not. you will be able to zoom sum like you can almost see the whole map here, but for now, all adding images will be done 1 to 1. another thing im going to …

ok in DS we have several plugins loaded on two build 39pr2 (MERV)bots. I told the owner to update but he said it wasnt posible coz some plugins dont work under v46. I tested it but everything seemed to work. Is it posible that this change can couse any problems?

Ok, trying to add New User Registration functionality to SubChat2. Ive gotten most of my information from MERVBot as far as the packets definition. Now, hop back a few packets, to the password Response packet. According to my do!@#$%^&*entation, the 19th byte is a boolean which should be 1 if the server is requesting a Registration Form. It seams that every time I login with an unkown user name I get the response code of 1 (unkown player) but the Registration Form Request byte is 0 (not requested) which is the same as it is when I login with an existing login name and get a response code of 0 (good login). Need some coding work done for a project i have that is nearing completion. I have an idea for a new zone, however, am requesting the help of anyone interested. The zone will be infantry styled, however, nothing like you have seen before on SubSpace. We will be using ASSS due to extreme measures that must be taken, which Subgame will not allow. If anyone is interested in helping on this project, please contact me however you choose. Thier arnt many people who will probably know the exact answers to these questions, but hopefull I can get a response or two from those that do. Just so the answer-ee's are aware, these questions are related to better improving the compatability of SubChat2 with current versions of SubGame. 1) MachineID: At the moment, im using GetVolumeInformation to get the 32bit unsigned value of the serial number of drive C. Then if the unsigned value is greater than 0x7FFFFFFF (Negitive if it were signed) add 0x7FFFFFFF to it (Makes it positive if it were signed). (Avoids netban #1, or is it #0? cant remember). I'm pretty bored. For those who wonder I have been testing continuum under Mac OS X. Its being tested under a G4 and G5. G3 are practically too slow for emulation. This is under a PowerPC chip, I am sure that a Intel based mac would show better love. Continuum .39 with... Darwine (no windows, a version of wine) : Will not work. X11 with various utilities - still working on tests Virtual PC with XP (Bare Bones) - Choppy frame rates, 20-30fps with skipping. (iMac G5) Q emulation system with Windows 2000 - the installation was excellent but crashes at start up. Will do a bit more testing, of course it looks like Virtual PC is the only option so far.

An extention for ssforum that shows which forums have new posts in a drop down menu. Customizable options that allow you to set the forum id for the forums you want to see. Say you don't care about Politics and 17th's forums, and don't care about any new posts, so you can turn them off. An extention which shows the population of zones. Maybe add in a default zone listing, then let people add the ip's and ports of their favorite zones, as well as remove any default ones so it's more customizable.
